The J.Booth Climate and Weather Research Group examines the links between midlatitude weather and climate.
The research group's work is focused on storms over the northeast region, looking at their development and impacts, in both the present and future climate.
Additional work focuses on interactions between the Gulf Stream and the overlying atmosphere.
